Creative Europe Desk Northern Ireland and Docs Ireland present a co-production case study of A Dog Called Money (2019, Dir. Seamus Murphy).

This is a chance to learn directly from producers behind this successful UK and Ireland co-production screened at Docs Ireland in 2019.  Through this conversation you will have a chance to hear how the project came to our screens – from finding partners and sources of finance, to navigating treaties, conventions, and legal agreements. The film is currently available to watch on MUBI and we encourage you to watch ahead of the case study.

We are delighted to joined by the team behind the film:

– Katie Holly, Producer (Blinder Films – Ireland)
– Seamus Murphy, Director and Producer (Ireland)
– Isabel Davis, Producer (Pulse Films – UK)
– Jim Wilson,  Producer (JW Films – UK)

This is one of three co-production case studies presented by the Creative Europe Desk – for details on the other events in the series please see here.

This event will be live captioned.  If you require any other support to access this event (for instance BSL/ISL interpretation) please contact rosie.legarsmeur@britishcouncil.org.
