Peter Curran is a Belfast-born writer, producer, broadcaster and audiobook publisher. He has written and presented award-winning arts and culture programmes for network Radio and TV from the USA, Africa and the Arctic. A failed drummer, he created the Radio 4 series Bunk Bed (now in its seventh season) featuring himself, screenwriter Patrick Marber and overnight guests such as Cate Blancett and Kathy Burke. In 2021, Peter is co-directing a feature documentary about Ireland with Seamus McGarvey behind the camera.
