Tickets and Festival Pass

You can book tickets online via the Book Tickets button in the film listings page or in person at the Belfast Welcome Centre or at Festival venues from a half hour before screening or event time.

Festival Pass

Enjoy ten days of screenings in a variety of venues across the city including; the very best in local and new film, world and Irish premieres, classics, a host of some of the biggest names in Irish cinema and much more.

As a pass holder for the 17th Belfast Film Festival in 2017, you will be able to select and book films in a few easy steps.

Step 1 – Buy your pass (not available until February 2017)

Purchase your festival pass, create your online account and update and save your details.

Step 2 – Select your shows

Browse the Belfast Film Festival programme; choose the films you want to see and proceed to the checkout (your cart will automatically discount)

Step 3 – Get your tickets

Decide whether to print your tickets at home or collect them at the venue. Bring your pass with you to screenings as ID.

Please Note

We are a ticketless Festival. Booking in person: You will not receive a ticket but will be given a booking confirmation which guarantees admission to the event.

Carer Tickets

Carers Tickets are available for all Belfast Film Festival screenings and you can book them by calling the Belfast Welcome Centre on (028) 90246 609.


The Belfast Film Festival can only refund money or exchange tickets for screenings that are cancelled.
