We are hiring a Business Development Manager on a part-time, two year fixed-term contract.
The Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. The role involves careful strategic planning and positioning within the arts and cultural sector in Northern Ireland, enhancing the operation and reputation of our festivals, building new partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders.

Contract: Part time 20 hrs per week, 2-year fixed term
Salary: NJC SO2 level £32,909 – £34,723 per annum pro rata with a target related bonus scheme. We will consider PAYE or freelance arrangement.
Requirements:
Essential
- A minimum of 3 years working experience as a Business Development Manager, Fundraising Manager or relevant similar role.
- Proven track record evidencing ability to attract new business / revenue streams.
- Proficiency in MS Office / including Excel, Word other IT systems.
- A high level of verbal / written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to initiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent business management, time management and planning skills.
Desirable
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- An interest in the film sector and the global film industry
- Know and experience of the arts and cultural sector in Northern Ireland
- A strong working knowledge of the private and public sectors in NI
