From the hundreds of short films submitted to BFF this year, 39 from across the country have made it to the final line-up of our annual short film competition.
The submission standard was extremely high and competition for places was very tough, but at last the selection panel has agreed on the final films. A detailed list of those directors in competition will be announced at the 16th BFF programme launch early next month.
The judging panel for the 2016 competition will be led by Professor Sarah Edge from University of Ulster’s Centre for Media Research, she will be joined by a panel of judges including last years winning director Niall Cutler (A Flash).
